Hydrogenated cooking oils has a very bad impact on health. And, of course a contribution of many other factors especially your personal health deficiencies. Consider your health status i.e physical inheritance, your environment, diet, lifestyle and what not, emotional and spiritual factors, and age. Surely illness will manifest but, but, your health is in your hands, you are able to delay it or manifest it faster.
